Ahh, last week was just a sneak locust preview!!! It is beautifully green!!
For the record, it is a cicada! And I think I may, finally, after several years, mastered the macro function on my camera.
That's a lovely green cicada! We get a different green one called a bottle cicada which you can hear at night and is very loud!
